Johanna Moise is a dynamic Broadway performer currently captivating audiences as a swing and understudy for Viola Van Horn (currently played by Michelle Williams) in the musical Death Becomes Her at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. A proud native of Miramar, Florida, Johanna's journey to the Broadway stage began when dance classes, initially taken to correct her pigeon-toed stance, sparked a lifelong passion for performance .

Her Broadway repertoire includes notable roles such as a swing in Hamilton, where she specialized in the "Bullet" track. Beyond the stage, Johanna has showcased her versatility in film and television, appearing in Netflix's Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and lending her voice to the animated feature, Secret Magic Control Agency .

Johanna's vibrant personality shines both on and off the stage. She describes herself as a "big giggler" and shares her love for giraffes, astrology, and all things Emerald Fennell. Her infectious energy and dedication to her craft make her a standout talent in the Broadway community.
