Work-life balance sounds like a myth right? Or at the very least it’s something you’re striving for but struggling to actually achieve. As women, we want to be as many things as possible, and often our work and personal life demand that we fill in these various roles. But if we’re meant to be many things at once and also live a balanced life, of course we’re going to get overwhelmed.
