Michael Friant is a 33-year-old who lives in Wilmington, NC. Although born with cerebral palsy (CP), Michael has never let it define him and conquered some amazing feats in his life.

He has participated in over 54 organized races ranging in distance from 5k to half-marathon. He lives alone and has a degree from UNCW.
