Using the 4-7-8 breathing technique, you’ll be led through a rhythmic practice designed to slow the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body back into a state of safety and relaxation.

All you need to do is follow the sound:

Inhale as the higher tones play

Hold in stillness

Exhale with the lower tones

No overthinking.

No pressure to get it perfect.

Just breath… and your body responding.

This is your space to pause, reset, and return to yourself.
