This 10-minute Reiki-infused meditation is designed to help you receive exactly what you need and release what you’re ready to let go of.

In this gentle practice, we’ll:

Take three grounding breaths to land in the present moment

Tune into the natural rhythm of your breath

Work with the simple mantra: “Breathing in, receiving. Breathing out, releasing.”

Explore how even your exhale is an offering to the earth, a way your “waste” becomes nourishment for the world around you

You don’t need any Reiki training or prior meditation experience. Just a quiet-ish spot, a comfortable seat, and a willingness to notice what is happening inside you, right now.
