Miranti Kemala is a Parahyangan University graduate majoring in International Relations. She is currently the Senior Consultant and the Country Head of Viventis Search Asia, an Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting Company. Miranti started her career as SAP recruiter at Global SRVCS for one year, then proceeded to occupy other positions such as Technical Recruiter for the telco industry, before finally joining Viventis in 2012 as Senior Consultant and became its Country Head since 2018. Miranti has received many awards such as Best Performance Viventis Search Asia Indonesia (2013), and RMG Valuable Team Player Mahindra (2011).
