In this episode, I wanted to be real. The messy, honest, overwhelming 'real' that many of us face alone on a daily basis. 

People always knew me from my external reality, but little did they know the reality of my internal suffering. I hid behind my performance, 'confidence', and success, but my life was riddled with pain. I was broken in every way, shame was my middle name, and I had zero self-worth.. but my story didn't end there.
