She gave birth ONE DAY before the pandemic was called a pandemic & everything went into lockdown. Crazy!

She shares her advice on how other moms can bring their center back, be grounded, have patience & prioritizing "me" time. & also reassuring parents that it's okay to say no to family/friends & put boundaries for your child's safety.
