Mike from Mike Ryder Coaching, joins us for this episode of Outdoor Instructor Chat. As always it was lots of fun and I feel like we covered a lot of ground in a relatively short space of time.
We discussed: How to react to an emergency, building a rapport with clients, being genuine as an outdoor instructor, inspiration for games and challenges. we also revisit the Quickfire(ish) Questions round. Mike was the first person to be interviewed for Instructor 101 and we get to see if any of his answers are different from last time.
