Cathy Fernandez discusses the need for perfection in our lives and how that can lead to disappointment.  She shares the stories of two friends of hers that were always seeking perfection, one through excessive plastic surgery and the other through constantly trying to please everyone in her life.  Both women ended up unhappy with their results and feeling frustrated and disillusioned.  Fernandez maintains that perfection comes from within and that everyone is perfect in their own unique way.
