[#10] Setting Up Systems, not Goals...
Hello! Welcome to Part 3 of Annual reset challenge! Yahoo! We're getting closer to the end of the new year, are you excited to finish this challenge with me?
Now, in this episode #10, I'm going to share the next step for this Annual Reset challenge which is to set up systems instead of goals. Basically you just think on what system or habit that you want to implement in order for you to achieve the intentions that you set for Year2023. You might be expecting that the next part is start writing down SMART goals, right? Well, we're not gonna do that here. I'll explain more about this in the episode so tune in :)
