And now, as we begin 2023, we have a new list of 10 small habits that can make a huge difference. If you didn't listen to the previous list, we do a quick recap before getting into the new small habits we believe you should have for an exceptional life.

Number 1 on our list is setting clear and specific goals and being willing to work towards them. 

So many times, we were guilty of not having goals, and not surprisingly, that's when we performed at our lowest. Our marriage was at its lowest when we weren't achieving because we really weren't driving toward anything.

Talking of marriage, we recently celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary with a dinner date that turned out great.
