Ratchet and Regulated is for the women who are powerful!!!!! Self-aware but self-sabotaging. Deeply intuitive but still ignoring their own red flags. The women carrying entire communities on their backs while secretly fantasizing about disappearing into the woods and becoming adopted by a wolf pack and starting over. We’re in process and progress right? Because it’s not wrong to feel like thisZ
