Today's topic is about why we need to stop apologizing for our appearances - and why doing this can be harmful on our self-esteem. At the top of the show I give y'all a little life and move update, and talk about some things that have come to the app recently and are on the horizon, plus an exciting tease about what's coming to the shop next! Also ironically I have to apologize for the audio quality on this one. We had some recording issues and tried our best to edit out the audio hitches and glitches. Oh well!
