10: Stunt Coordinator Crispin Layfield - Creating Stunts for Film & TV
In this episode I talk to one of the most in demand Stunt Coordinators in the UK, Crispin Layfield.
Having started out as a stunt man in the mid 90's on productions such as Daylight with Sylvester Stallone, the Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies & Spice World, he's worked his way up the ladder to stunt co-ordinator and has worked on many top dramas including:
Fortitude, Luther, Sex Education, Hunted, Happy Valley, Granchester, The Tunnel as well as 70 plus episodes of Dr Who.
We talk about his career and what his job involves, some of the many projects he's worked on and favourite stunts, how he got started and as usual, there are plenty of tips for those who are looking to get into the business.
