ft. Danilo Batson, Founder of Spicy Green Book

Danilo & Danielle connected through a volunteer website. "He started Spicy Green Book with the vision to reinvest in the Black community in order to create wealth and job opportunities. As an activist, Mr. Batson brings his lived experiences and passion for his community, as well as the cumulative value of nine years working in the food and beverage industry. Danilo has carefully curated his staff and volunteers in order to uphold his vision, and makes sure to continue to add talented staff for continued growth as the company expands.

Our goal is creating a clear blueprint path. You want to be active in social justice? This is exactly how you start.

Inspired by Victor Green, Spicy Green Book is a team of committed volunteers compiling a directory of Black owned businesses and performing marketing services for these businesses free of charge. We are establishing a space for people who seek to create change, and creating a platform for them to invest in Black business owners in their communities."
