Hello and welcome back! It feels like forever since we last talked (literally two weeks but who’s counting?).
And what a crazy two weeks it’s been. Moving to Vancouver and setting up life here has been an amazing, stressful ride. On this Thanksgiving Monday, I’m thankful that I can finally settle in and get back on a routine.
This week, the podcast explores a simple strategy to stop your self-doubts in their tracks. It’s usually not the strongest or most persistent who have mental stability, but the ones who ask the best questions.
On this episode, you’ll learn a question that helps you to leave the past in the past, check the source of your message, and give you a strong foundation from which to use the other strategies taught on this site thus far.
As always, have a great week and thanks for listening!
(Side note - didn’t double check which microphone was recording and didn’t use my podcast mic! Sorry for any quality issues!)
