But other times, it's a result of a personal struggle or a battle with addiction. And the same tools that help someone find sobriety can then be incredibly powerful in leading individuals, teams, or organizations.

She's a long time friend, a vocational pastor, and someone who's leadership approach has been shaped by her past experience with addiction and recovery. She shares very openly about her journey of healing and transformation.
