Advice that was most common in over a thousand articles i worked over the past year:
Don't take stress. Worry and anxiety is not a solution to your problems.
Get good sleep.
Wake up early.
Exercise regularly and do Yoga.
Meditate for a few minutes daily.
Practice gratitude.
Avoid processed and refined food, and have a varied diet.
Phone notifications should be off.
Read books.
Practice deep breathing.
