Hi y’all, today’s topic is all about FITNESS, specifically 10 things I’ve learned in my 5 years of training! I’m by no means an expert or a licensed professional, but these are some really helpful tips I’ve picked up along the way. I’ve tried exclusively HIIT training, Cross Country running, bodybuilding, and powerlifting and all of those experiences taught me a lot about “fitness” and how it differs for every single person. I know that in the beginning, I wish someone would’ve pulled me aside and said hey - you should STOP doing this or START doing that, so in this episode, I laid out 10 tips that may be helpful for someone on their own fitness journey!
