Roxy is the owner of Evolution Personal Training in Greenwood Village, Colorado. She's a personal trainer with an associate’s degree in Occupational Studies for Personal Training and believes that there’s nothing better than helping someone on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
Motivation:
Roxy's road to being healthy was a rocky one. Like many of us, she spent most of her twenties partying and abusing her body. Then one day she decided to take a run on the beach, and everything changed.
Challenges:
Roxy struggled with negative self-talk like I'm not worthy of being loved or being healthy. It took her years to figure out that getting the body you want comes from love and appreciating who you are. "If you don't have a positive outlook, it's hard to get up every day and make positive changes."
Passion for helping you:
Roxy's clients say that what sets her apart is that she doesn't judge. She meets her clients where they are, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Nutrition:
In addition to a food based multivitamin, fish oil, collagen, and probiotics, Roxy's working toward a Paleo-type diet and eating whole foods.
