Hmm, How Do We Keep Employees Happy?
The answer can be a lot simpler than we think. That's what I learned in this week's episode of Beyond the Legal Lens when I spoke with someone who truly loves her job and the mission of her company.
Stephanie Singer is a Communications Specialist at Mercy Medical Angels (a non-profit that helps save lives with medical transportation for those in need). We discuss her trajectory and the reasons why her work environment is such a positive place for her. If organizations took more of these messages below to heart, I think we'd have much happier people out there (and I'd be out of a job :).

In short, it comes down to treating the employees as individuals with dignity. Sounds pretty easy, right? Let's Do It.
