What type of leader are you? 

Rob Sperry says there are 3 phases, the learner, the lifestyle, and the legacy....this was an eye opener for me recently. 

I'm ready to move into the legacy phase, and to do so I need to become a leader of leaders. 

Today I'm going to go through 10 traits of a leader. Grab a pen and notebook, write these down and rate yourself 1-10 of each trait. Do an audit and see where you need improvement.
