Bill Gates predicted this pandemic in a Ted Talk he gave way back in 2015. And he is saying it will probably be 10 weeks of social distancing. How can you possibly live like this for 10 weeks? This is no longer a sprint. Time to build stamina for a long distance run. Better get in (mental) shape.
