Talking about Leaders and Leadership on why it is so important to lead your team in the everyday business aspects. We all have some Leaders in the past who was not the greatest in what and how they led the team or business. Some leaders are portrayed as having the power of authority and or micromanaging due to the past of what we have seen. Ask yourself is the kind of Leader I want to be or how I want to lead people?

If you haven't yet understood what kind of Leader you are, then it is time for you to dig deep inside to see how have you been leading your team. Even if you are not in a leadership position, you should still have some way of understanding Leadership, gaining the Leadership skills, and looking at how you want to lead your team and how you want to carry yourself out. 

A great Leader understands the Mission (WHY, Purpose) and helps influence others to understand it as well to follow them to what it is that they are accomplishing. Trust your team to do what they need to do and what they do best to deliver the results.

Listen and understand what kind of Leaders are in your business and team. Do a self-check on your Leadership skills and the way you lead if you are in a Leadership position.
