How to feel better immediately? What are you supposed to when you’re feeling lost or inadequate? You’ve got a lot of responsibilities and sometimes this feeling sneaks up on you during a time of stress, or if other things aren’t going right. I personally have gone through MAD feelings of feeling like I’m “not enough” many times in the past few years. During these times when I notice a particular heavy weight of this feeling, I pray. Inside today’s episode, I’m praying and affirming you in my favorite ways that I use to lift myself out of that low place any time I’m feeling low.
