We dive into what women with ADHD actually need: emotional regulation, self-awareness, nervous system support, and real-life routines that honour your energy, your cycle, and your capacity. Because learning to manage your ADHD isn't just about getting things done. it’s about feeling safe and supported enough to do them your way.
