Taco Maria is a food truck turned brick-and-mortar in Costa Mesa, Calif., and in less than two years they've become home to one of LA Time's Pultizer Prize winning food critic's, Jonathan Gold's, top 10 dishes. Then, chef Carlos Salgado was named one of Food & Wine's Best Chefs of 2015.
