NFL Kansas City Chiefs' safety Husain Abdullah was penalized for excessive celebration after returning an interception for a touchdown. Husain Abdullah is a devout muslim and was only praying after the scoring play. Was this really excessive celebration? What about Tim Tebow's prayer move? Should that have been considered excessive celebrating?

Stacey Dean Rambold is a former 54 year old Montana high school teacher who was initially sentenced to a 31 day jail term for the rape of a 14 year old female student. The case judge's comments basically blamed the 14 year old victim partially for the sexual encounters. Unfortunately, the victim committed suicide when she was 16. After public outrage, Stacey was re-sentenced.

The first Ebola diagnosis on U.S. soil took place in Texas. Thomas E. Duncan had direct contact with Ebola victims in Liberia before coming to the Dallas area of Texas. After first showing symptoms of Ebola, Duncan went to the hospital, only to be released with antibiotics. Three days later, he returned to the hospital with more severe symptoms of Ebola. Finally, Duncan was admitted and quarantined. Did Duncan lie on his pre-flight screen form? Did the hospital fail its protocol? Now up to 100 people are being monitored because they came in contact with Thomas E. Duncan during that three day lapse.

Recently, a man scaled the fence of the White House and entered it. He was apprehended by an off-duty secret service officer. This isn't the first time there's been a breach of security. President Obama has been in other scenarios where his security was compromised. Does this bring into question the abilities of the U.S. government to protect its citizens when it apparently unable to protect the leader of the country?
