The guests of the episode are Stella Kasdagli an award winning author and the co-founder of Women On Top, a non-profit organisation in Greece that aims to enhance the professional development of women in the public sphere, and Ayşe Karabat who is the founder of  Sensiz Olmaz- Not Without Your Voice- project that that aims to increase the visibility of women experts in the media in Turkey.
