When Colorado legalized recreational marijuana - those wanting to sell the drug saw an untapped market of willing buyers. 10 years later? Some are struggling to stay afloat in an oversaturated market.
That means some are turning up-market to find new high-paying customers while others are focusing on creating unique products for niche clients.
