It's very easy in life to look at other people who make things look easy and think they are so "talented" or "a natural". What looks so easy looks very natural but it's very rarely "god given". Psychologist Anders Ericsson came up with the theory that it takes 10 thousand hours to become a "master" or an "expert" in your field and I believe that when you see the best at their craft, what you see is years of work, failure, struggle and refining thier skills to make it look "effortless". In today's episode I discuss the importance of how we view others in order to not get stuck in life and to open up endless possibilities.
