You're never too young to change the world!

Lucy wants to be known as a person who is willing to speak out, look around
and see how to make her world a better place.

Her vision is to do this by creating an auxiliary group of 50 Girls Who Care under Clatsop's 100 Women Who Care.

She attends Encore Academy and has won a number of awards for dancing.
