I’m thrilled to be on the mic today to introduce you to a brand new challenge: The 100 Day Goal Challenge!

Starting Sept 23 I’ll be publishing one episode a day for 100 days to bring us all the way into 2023!

My goal is this: to help YOU accomplish your goal. 

At the start of each episode we’ll do a quick check-in by asking ourselves 5 questions: 

1. What’s one thing I’m grateful for?
2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal? 
3. What’s something that’s working well for me right now? 
4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?
