There’s one common theme that I’ve noticed as I’ve jumped into the podcasting, speaking and content creation industry and, to be honest, it’s not only happening in this industry. I’ve noticed that most people don’t celebrate the small wins with you. As I’ve watched the people around me accomplishing the first baby steps in reaching their goals, I’ve noticed that their friends, family, co-workers and community aren’t generally standing there waving pom poms and shooting off fireworks in celebration as they watch you rise.

However, suddenly when people start seeing that the small wins are mounting up to bigger and bigger wins, you find yourself with a whole lot of people on your side. These people are not only cheering for you but are your BIGGEST FANS. However, the period where you’re building, and people aren’t seeing the amazing things you’re doing can be lonely. Don’t let that stop you from chasing your dreams. My one question for you today is do you celebrate the wins??
