It's a Thanksgiving Eve miracle. 

It's The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. 

There's literally nothing to be said about this game that's not already been said, but we somehow recorded a full podcast about it. Probably by not saying really anything at all. 

Things are wrapping up for the ol' podcast, but we have some extra...extras on the tail end.

"Well, as I was saying, I would play myself as a Japanese teenager living in Japan, and I'd have a bunch of neighbors and my dad gets punched to death and an old grandma...which is all true"

"yea, but nothing happens in the game. You see, it...it's just like life...ya know you eat, ya go shopping, you read, you eat, you read, you go shopping"

"well, I don't know about the reading...we didn't discuss the reading."

"Ok...uh...look, if you want to just keep doing the same old thing...then maybe this idea is not for you. I for one am NOT going to compromise my artistic integrity. And I'll tell you something else...this is the game, and we're NOT gonna change it"

Every once in a while a game comes along that captures the essence of human ingenuity, technical prowess, and artistic expression.

Today's game does that and even more.

It's Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Not even a funny bit to put in here. Maybe something about smashing pots? Who knows. This game stands on it's own as a crowning achievement of the genre.

Welp...we're back.

Look, we're not happy about this big delay either. We're so dang close and then our host has some real annoying issues.

That's all behind us though.

Because this week we have:

Final Fantasy 7!!!

You know it? Yea, you know it. You love it? Maybe you do. It's here and we played it (a month ago and not anymore since then). Still though...here's the dang episode.

It's a good game by all metrics of a good game, and we can't begin to deny that. Some people love this game so much it's insane. It is good though so who are we to judge.

When you leave Columbus, OH on I-71 south heading to to Cincinnati there's a big sign. It proclaims in large font "HELL IS REAL"...the H is in red.

Some would say that sign is a warning. Other might say it's a reminder.

For The Unchained Predator, The Beast, Hellwalker, DOOM Marine, The Slayer....or as we all know him Doomguy...it's a happy reminder.

That's right listener. This week we go straight to heck and shoot anything that moves.

To keep in line with the frantic confusing nature of this game we also made one of our least comprehensive and most confusing episodes ever.

I mean what even are we talking about? Did we remember what game to play? It's really bad.

The name is Funeral, 100 Games and a Funeral.

We're back and we're backer than ever with one of the greatest games of all time. In this home stretch it's just amazing game after amazing game.

This week we take it shaken and also stirred (we like a nice mix).

It's Goldeneye 007 for the N64.

This is a cultural icon, a benchmark in gaming, and a ton of nostalgic fun all rolled into a cool sexy spy action filled adventure.

What can be said about todays game (Super Marios Bros 3) that hasn't already been said? 

It's one of THE greatest 2D side scrolling platformers ever made. 

Books have been written about this thing probably...not going to Google it.
