Uh oh, y’all.
Are my hopes and dreams of living to 100 going to be thwarted by how unlikely it is that I’d be able to add some of these specific things into my routine? Idk! I guess we’ll find out ;)
In the meantime, you can improve your own longevity plans, or just your overall wellness, by incorporating some or all of what we discuss today into your early hours of wakefulness. See if you can work it out!
