I'm Josh Treece and I'm a therapist in Nashville, TN. A long time ago, someone helped me when I needed it. Since then, I've spent my life trying to help others. To do that better, I went to grad school and got a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and Therapy. Then, I opened a private therapy practice. This podcast is something I've been dreaming up for several months now. And I'm so glad to finally release it!
