On July 1, 2020, Ivy Tech launched a statewide partnership with Humana to provide Employee Assistance Program benefits to all full-time employees of the college. This benefit also extends to cover anyone living in the employee's home and dependent's living elsewhere.
In today's episode, you'll hear from Ivy Tech Be Lively team members Heather Hart (Lafayette), Amber Young (Muncie), and Christine Butler (Systems Office) as well as Humana team members Shelly Gilmore and Dr. Randy Martin about this new benefit.
For full access details, full-time employees should see the email that was sent by Christine Butler on June 22, 2020. This includes the username and password to allow you to access even more resources on the Humana web site. That web site is http://humana.com/eap.
As Dr. Martin mentioned in the episode, you can also search the Google or Apple app store for EAP by Humana for a convenient mobile app.
