Here on our 100th episode, Mick and Nathan are joined by Northern Ireland's very own, Music-Promoter in chief, Joe Dougan of 'Shine'. If you've been to a big gig in Belfast that you really loved in the last decade, there's a pretty good chance Joe Dougan made it happen.

Joe was kind enough to sit down with us on an absolutely freezing day a few months ago and tell us about what he does and how he got there. We learned an awful lot on this episode, and you definitely will too.
