This episode is about developing an outward mindset. An outward mindset is about looking to serve the needs of the people around us as a way to create a bigger impact.

Most leaders fail in that they are so inwardly focused that they are blind to the needs of the people above them, below them, and around them.

If you really want to lead, you have to be focused outward.
