2) The Republican majority in the U.S. Senate and how the two vacated seats were replaced

3) The Republican majority in the U.S. House of Representatives and how the vacated seats will be replaced. The process for replacing the seat for Congresswoman Elise Stefanie, when she resigns to become the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, could face litigation.
