When you plant something, you put it in the ground and you wait.  Once established it becomes something you can't imaging not being there.  Tipton Hurst is like that for Little Rock, AR and Chris Norwood is like that for Tipton Hurst.  The two just go together. It is understood that they are one and the same.  Chris has accomplished many things in his personal merchandising and floral design career, all along the way he has worked for this family-owned company.  He was grafted in and has added an amazing aesthetic to this institution.  He has a very relaxed and humble way.  You will completely enjoy his seasoned and witty approach to design. You can also relate to the business mindedness he portrays.
