After documenting a six year commitment at the age of 55, he executed and reached his life cumulative total goal of practicing guitar 10,000 hours. In this episode we explore the story, the challenges, and the results of setting out to achieve this goal, and I could not be more humbled by the example my dad has set of discipline and perseverance.
