This week we are doing something a little different. For our 100th episode, we have assembled just about everyone for a retrospective on some of the previous bourbons we have tried and see how, if at all, our palates have changed over the couple years we have been doing this.

We are returning to try Basil Hayden's, Rowan's Creek, Four Roses Single Barrel, Henry McKenna Single Barrel, and Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel. We will go through and rate each bourbon and compare it to the last time we tried it (for those that have tried it before that is).
