Meet Farah,

Farah is founder of the Farah foundation. She is a writer, creator, and positivity champ to inspire life.

Farah first learnt about her autoimmune disease around 17 years ago, where she was told that there was no cure for her illness. That meant that her body will constantly be changing physically, from her skin to her muscles and bones. She shares about how confused, angry, and bitter at everyone and everything she was the first few years, but most importantly, she talks about her transformational journey, a journey inward that took her from the feeling of hopelessness, fear, confusion, bitterness, to being a source of inspiration, motivation, and power for others.
