The transition from school to “The Real World” can be anxiety provoking. Students often have fears about time management, skill development, and confidence. It takes time to really work into a good routine that feels natural and flowing. In this episode, I speak with Kim Augustus - The owner of BloomRDH. Kim shared her vision and love for our new grads and what she is doing to support students as they graduate and begin the process of looking for an office.
