Sunday Burquest learned from an early age from her mother and the loss of her father that Grit, faith and family can carry you through anything. That lesson was reinforced time and time again as she and her family faced great struggles, including the near-death of her husband and her own battle with invasive cancer in the span of a year. She topped it off by proving her strength on the show "Survivor", finding even more grit within.
