Hope y’all are having a great three day weekend. Im enjoying time with my family and by the grill. This weekend I threw on a Try Tip and a rack of Beef Ribs. Went for that low and slow on the tri tip and finished it off with a reverse sear on my weber gas grill. I would have loved to fire up the charcoal kettle for that part but with the intense heat this weekend I took full advantage of the convenience of gas.
