The second episode in The Transformation Series with James Nichols aka Impulse 2 grind, is about mapping out your life as a river. There are exercises we can do that help us admit our weaknesses, failures, insecurities and other negative emotions. In this episode the main exercise is to draw your life out as a river. What is the flow of the water like are certain ages? Are the boulders or rocks in your river? Is there a waterfall? Make the mouth of your river the beginning of your childhood up to present times. Then label the environment around it. Spend some time with this and open some of the closed doors that helped forge you into the person you are today and reface those demons with your new mind.
